Cath I love to hear your adc's that you are getting. When my Jordan passed it helped me loads to get signs from him. I haven't had any for a few weeks now and I do get sad when I don't hear from him. There has been a lot of negativity in our house at the moment. My Dad is terminally ill so I am not sure whether this puts a block on things so to say.
