Thank you Both. I do believe that the message "let it go" was meant not just for me but for my daughter and her bio-mom, Gin's daughter (and our grown foster daughter).
I told both of them via text that I'd had the Dream Visit and neither one wanted to hear about it at that point.
But last evening, Brianna and I went out for a Mother's Day dinner and she asked to hear about it. There were some quiet tears, but it was a good and healing evening.
