I apologize in advance if you feel it is not appropriate to mention this, but do you worry that moving might interfere with your ADC's? I've heard it said that being in a familiar place makes it easier for our dearly departed to make contact with us.
Of course, there is no way to prove that and you probably have other practical reasons for wanting to move. Whatever happens, I hope it works out for you.
