Yesterday was a mess. Home on my own taking care of the horses....(My daughter is out of town for a few days.) Look up while starting to feed one group and watch all of the FULL SIZE ones trotting around! They had broken through a fence. Talk about stress trying to round up 6 horses who are THRILLED to be out and and about.
I went to the barn to load up a cart of hay as bait and in the middle of the barn floor was a dime....I had already walked through about 10 minutes before, had to smile and acknowledge that Larry was there.
Yes, I managed to lure the group into a secure area.
