I can only give you my personal opinion because I dont know for sure. I personally dont believe that having dreams of those who have passed means that whoever is having those dreams will pass soon. What I do believe it is those deceased loved ones showing that even though they have passed they are still very much in our thoughts and lives and it is their way of checking in to let you know they have not gone anywhere.
I rarely remember my dreams but I recently had a dream of my cat Gracie,it was so real and it was so good seeing her, also I had been looking through some photos a while prior and I remember thinking of how much I missed her, she was such a good cat and to have her show up in my dream was pretty special.
