Please don't lecture or judge what I'm about to say....my boyfriend started abusing me last fall, the put downs and name calling and most of the time what I do isn't enough. I was feeling very sad last weekend and a little bird came and sat next this me and after that for a while I felt comforted and not sad, it gave me a lift up even though it just lasted for a little while
