Dear Steve:
You are a wonder to behold. You expressed the very thoughts going through my mind these past few days.
Yes, I know that my beautiful mother is well now and happy, for she let me know almost immediately when she called my name in a light and playful way, yet loud and clear.
There are moments when I break down and cry but only in the privacy of my home. I realize that I am being selfish and that I wish my Mom were here to discuss things and ask her advice. She had uncanny intuition and ability to utter prophetic statements that always came true (except for one time!).
Thank you, Steve, for helping me to move on. I think it's the letting go that is scary for some of us.
But, it is true, that knowing we will join our loved ones later on, and that thereis no death, but merely a transition to a wonderful new life, makes it a little less painful.
