(((Gail))), the health club might be a good remedy for your depression, etc. Exercising is supposed to release chemicals that give you a lift -- can't remember what they're called. Perhaps you might start one new activity that doesn't remind you of something you did with your husband. Maybe crafting of some sort? I know it's so very hard! It does improve over time. Remembering "only" the good times is a ways down the road, but try to focus on those positive times. It will lift your spirits.
