Dear Miriam,

I agree with you on the negative energies influencing people, but don't you think that there are positive energies influencing us, too? I think we get nudges all the time that tell us to do something that turns out to be a good thing for us or others. Yes, it is definitely easy to be over-influenced by the negatives in our lives.
