Dear (((Gail)))

Big hugs to you today. I know it's hard, but hang in there.

It's tough when people offer their condolences and try to help. They may not know just exactly "what" to say, but at least they are reaching out to you in kindness! :) They are trying to be friends with you. Just know that they mean well. So many people just avoid you when you lose a loved one, and never say a word to you at all!!

Maybe you do need to go ahead and visit with the neighbors and with others. Isolation isn't too good for people who have lost a loved one. So what if you cry a little? They will understand! :)

Take care.

Love,

Teresa
