Nancy, I lost my husband in May of 2018, and I've been experiencing a lot of anxiety, also.
I found the posts from Josies-angel and DonniesCarole very helpful, and I hope you did, as well.
I'm new here, and I don't know if this violates the board rules, but prayer and conversations with my Guardian Angels have helped alleviate my anxiety the most. I have a sense of peace afterward.
And I know my Bob is visiting. He makes one particular lamp go off and then on, without anything else electrical being affected. *Hugs* |
