Hi Monica, Yes I DO understand the feelings you are going through. I have had them too...even after many years of losing my brother I stress when ever my husband or daughter leave at night. And yes, I've done the creating a shell around my heart for the same reason, although I try to stop it because it hurts the other person more.

Please read the book, "Hello From Heaven". It's very comforting and hopefully will allow you to be open to receiving Signs from both of your Loved Ones.
