It's hard when you're feeling surrounded in gray, but if you make the effort to take a walk and look for little bits of beauty. See the buds beginning to sprout on trees, bulbs are coming up and blooming....Pet a dog or a cat....Go for a drive in the country and see new calves, lambs, and foals have just been born....... Talk to your Loved One(s) and be open......They are there.
