Kate I definitely think it was a sign from your husband letting you know he was there and aware,for a bird to do this 13 times, wow,that in itself is pretty special. I do not know what if any the meaning of the number 13,maybe the number has special meaning to your husband or yourself thru the years,Im sure you will figure it out over time.
