Maybe most of you already know by now, today at about 2 pm Los Angeles time the court announced to the media that the jury had signaled they had reached a verdict. It was on live- the defendant was brought in wearing a shirt and tie and new haircut his attorneys had him get to appeal to the jury more. The verdict was death.
The lead prosecutor Jonathan Hatami had a little emotional moment of tears and wept for a couple minutes after the verdict was read - i think tears of relief for the justice and also remembering the little boy who this was all about- a little boy named Gabriel in first grade who liked reading and climbing trees.
Anyways now he's at ease and everything's ok with the child, I just know that he truly is at ease now and has joy.
I don't want to let anger rage or hate take over , it was a matter of imo justice needed to occur although it doesn't bring him back, it was just necessary to validate the value of his life
