I have a friend that had three senior cats and one younger cat. As the senior cats started passing, the younger cat was hit very hard. When the last one passed, he seemed lost and very depressed.
Also at a time I was grieving, those cats seemed to sense it and they seemed to do everything they could do to cheer me up. They were so sweet and affectionate.
These animals are a lot smarter than we think.
Also, I've often hear it said that cats are only friendly because we feed them. I never fed any of the four cats but they were absolutely wonderful. |
