Great to hear from you! :) So sorry that you and your hubby are going thru hard times, too. My mom said a few years before she passed, that it seemed like all she and dad did was go to dr. appointments! (I can relate!)
If you are interested, using an Omega-3 supplement, or spices like: tumeric, rosemary, or thyme can help with depression and inflammatory things like achy joints and arthritis.
Don't doubt your ADC's, Peg, as they are REAL! I have no doubt your father WAS telling you that he (Coy) was right there with you, while you were playing Scrabble. My mom loved playing Scrabble. Right after she passed, my sister, Dad, and I were playing Scrabble, and we kept getting the letters for her name, right at the "first" draw. It was like she was saying, "I'm here, too. Include me in the game!"
Our loved ones continue to surround us with their love and support. They know we're having tough times, and need them to be near us!
Won't that be grand when we're on the Other Side? I know we will all get to meet and greet each other, and share some big hugs for all the kindness, love, and support we've been to each other! :)
