| I was working in my garden yesterday, and thinking of my Grand Mother and my Mother and my Sister, wondering if they were having a good day together in heaven. My Grand Mother had a green thumb and anything she planted , grew. My Sister and I always planted early Girl tomatoes together. Mama wasn't much of a gardener but she did like planting flowers. I looked up and a beautiful red bird was sitting on the fence looking at me. I knew it was a sign from all of them. The second sign was this morning as I was leaving the store, I was telling Donnie Telepathically" I am so tired of feeling depressed and down in the dumps", The song on the radio came on right then, called "The man in the Mirror", by Michael Jackson. The line in the song that stood out was " Take a look at yourself and Make a change". I felt it was Donnie telling me, just because we are in different states of existence doesn't mean we're not together, and we can still enjoy each other, and doing things to make things better. |
