Subject: Re: Nieces dream visit from my mom
Joe, I am so sorry you are going through this pain. Josie said it so well. That adc was for you too. My Sister and I were also care givers to my Mom. She also had a broken hip and Alzheimer's , It is so hard too watch your Mom change and go from an independent woman to a child like person who has no idea who you are. While Mama was in this state she kept seeing her Mom and talking to her, and she would say "I want to go home" and she would ask if we could see her Mama standing there. Mama reverted all the way back to baby hood and would study her hands and fingers just like babies do. right before she passed she had a lucid moment and looked as us in recognition and said "Appreciate", then the next moment she didn't know us again. When she passed our emotions were all over the place, sad, then relief that she was finally out of that body that had that terrible disease, then guilt for feeling that way. I know your Mom was so glad to transition to a higher state of existence, where there is health and happiness. She sees the bigger picture now and will be watching over you. She will send you adcs, just keep your eye out for anything that has a special meaning for you, it may not be a classic adc, but something only you will recognize, like maybe words in a song or a special joke you shared or a number or a saying. Just know when you feel it is an adc it is. You may have been guided to this site by your Mom. You will be in my prayers.
