Cath, that song was a message for you. The only tip I have that might help to receive more messages is take time out of each day to meditate. It can be as simple as just sitting outside and observing nature, looking at reflections in a pool or stream, Listening to music, concentrating on something pleasant,or just deep breathing. Anything that clears your mind of the physical world. I believe our loved ones send many signs to us everyday, but we are not able to always connect because of everything going on in the world around us. A little quiet time helps. You may find that later after practicing a quiet time, that a thought may come into your mind and you know you didn't put it there, so you know it is from your loved one. |
