| Bluequaker, I felt the same thing with my dad. It was like a light switch went off and I couldn't figure out how to turn it back on. Not saying this is the case with you, but the distance happened for me when we moved from our apartment ( where I received almost daily signs) to our new home. After our move my life literally fell apart, a lot of bad times and w/o feeling my dad's presence it made it even worse for me. I do believe that they do hear you though, so I kept talking and while I have yet to receive any more signs I do feel him around me again. Keep talking things will change. I've also been told that over times signs can get a little more subtle unless the deceased loved one is given the opportunity to make a big splash some how. Sending prayers up for you that you get the feeling of your loved one back - it really is like having your favorite baby blanket wrapped around you. |
