Linda, Talk to them just as you did when they were in the physical world. They are still your parents and love you and want you to be healthy and happy. They are always happy to help you in any way they can, and if their help would in anyway interfere with your lessons here, they will still be there to give you love and support with what ever you go through. You are never alone.
