A few years ago, my husband heard about saving dimes in a jar for a year, and at the end of that year, you would give them to a charity. He did it for a while, and told a few people about it.
After he passed a few of our friends who knew about this started finding dimes in the most unusual places. One friend has found them on a darkened path during his morning run. And then I found one on his bedside table that I had just cleaned the day before.
