Sorry to hear about the passing of your wonderful huband. What you have received sounds like typical ADC's, he is very definitely communicating to you that he is fine and still loves you very much.
As far as the lulls in communication, they happen to me and they can be very frustrating. There could be a million reasons for the lulls. The best I can say is that I keep talking to them and never give up faith that the communictions will return. So far, it always has come back, sooner or later.
After awhile, I had no choice other than to believe the communications are indeed very real. I am sure that with time your faith will increase to the point that you will not have any doubts. Instead you will recognize that you are a very blessed person with a rare and wonderful spiritual connection!
