Basanil, I know that feeling of loss is so painful. As Maryann and Andy have said your loved one is still with you, just in a different way, they have given you some wonderful suggestions. My own personal experience has been, listening to peaceful music and meditation, has helped me quiet my mind, and receive adcs. I also ask for specific adcs.
