Subject: Re: adc
I am very sorry to hear about the sudden loss of your brother.

I believe that the purpose of the ADC visits is for those significant others in the spirit realm to let you know that they love you, also to let you know that they still very much exist and are doing fine.

Having experienced quite a few, I know they can be frightening. Naturally a sudden appearance of someone in the middle of the night can be quite startling. But no harm ever comes from the visits (at least in my case), so my suggestion is to embrace the experience and accept them as the miracles they are, with wonder and awe.

I get upset if I don't experience an ADC once in awhile. Worry that the magic might be gone. But they always resume sooner or later.

Also keep a diary, because with time your memory fades and it is interesting with the passage of time to read about your experiences in your own words, even years later.

I have no ability to induce an ADC on the spot. They just seem to happen, sometimes when you least expect it.

These are my personal suggestions as far as what you can try to do to attract an ADC. But remember, I am only a sample of one and as far as I know, none of my suggestions have been scientifically validated. Though I know others that strongly believe that these suggestions can work.

1. If you have any of your brother's ashes, keep them nearby.

2. Talk to your brother. I am sure he will hear you, at least some of the time. Tell him how much you love him and miss him. Do so frequently.

3. Run white noise, like a fan. Some stores sell white noise machines, or you can buy one online.

I would be very interested in hearing what anybody else has to say about this subject.
