Hello, I haven't been on in a while but wanted to write and report some amazing ADCs in my family. My wish is that they bring you hope.
1. My cousin Kenny's wife passed away. All the cousins gathered for a breakfast at my cousin Diane's house. We were all in the living room, and I was trying to tell Kenny that his wife's death was not his fault. He was so devastated. After Kenny and his son left, Diane told the rest of us that when Kenny was sitting on the couch, she saw our Aunt Lena (his mother, who is deceased) standing over him with her hand on his shoulder.
2. At Christmas my sister took a walk with her dog on the street facing her sliding glass door, where she had her Christmas tree. She wanted to see how the tree looked from outside at night. As she looked at the tree, she very clearly saw our mother passing by the slider. When she looked again, our mother was no longer there.
3. I have a picture of my mother and her friends on my desk at work. In the last few weeks that picture has fallen over and over. I have moved it to another location to see if it will still fall. Anyway, about a week ago I got home and my door was unlocked, when I was positive that I had locked it in the morning. I checked the whole house to see if anything was misplaced, and nothing was, except for on a small desk in my bedroom where I keep pictures of my parents, one of my mother's pictures was turned sideways.
These are precious ADCs to me. They are proof positive that our loved ones are with us and give us hints, here and there, that they have never left our sides.
